The views from the site are predominantly towards the spectacular vista of the Troodos massif. It affords picturesque views of the summit, Mount Olympus, usually snow covered in winter. It is an area thought by many to be ideal as it escapes the hot summer temperatures which predominates this part of the world whilst remaining warm and of course, sunny. | |||||

| Being at the altitude it is, Lania has more clearly defined seasons from very warm summers to cool winters. Although uncommon, Lania has seen a light dusting of snow during the winter season. |
